Opened a little after the West, the East Course shares the same natural coastal duneland but offers its own personality. Fairways are mostly flatter through the central parts of the property, framed by sculpted sandy waste areas and low dunes, before diving towards a spectacular run of closing holes that brush the South China Sea.

The routing changes direction more frequently than the West, giving you a different wind angle on almost every hole. Inland holes mix marsh carries, central fairway bunkers and skyline greens, while the seaside stretch from the par‑3 15th through to the beach‑hugging par‑5 16th and cliff‑top 17th delivers the kind of drama you expect from a world‑class coastal course.

Playability & Highlights

The East combines generous landing areas with strong strategic asks: diagonal carries, central hazards and multi‑tiered greens reward confident lines off the tee and precise distance control. From the back tees it’s a serious championship test, but multiple teeing options and firm, running turf also make it great fun for mixed‑ability groups looking for true links‑style golf in Asia.
