Asia Golf Breaks is a trading name of Asia Golf Breaks Ltd., a company incorporated in Thailand in 2017. We operate as a specialist luxury golf tour operator, providing bespoke golf holiday packages, resort bookings, and travel services across Asia.

2. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Asia Golf Breaks Ltd.
- “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to any person who uses our website or engages our services.
- “Package” refers to any golf holiday, golf tour, travel arrangement, or combination of services arranged or booked through Asia Golf Breaks.
- “Supplier” refers to any third-party service provider including airlines, hotels, golf resorts, ground transportation companies, or other travel service providers.
- “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation made by or on behalf of a client with Asia Golf Breaks.
3. Our Services
Asia Golf Breaks acts as a specialist golf travel agent and tour operator, arranging bespoke golf holiday packages across Asia, including but not limited to destinations in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Japan, and China. Our services include:
- Bespoke golf holiday packages and itinerary planning
- Hotel and luxury resort accommodation bookings
- Golf course tee time reservations
- Airport transfers and ground transportation
- Corporate golf tours and incentive travel
- Couples golf holidays and leisure breaks
- Golf academy and coaching experiences
- Golf and spa packages
- Group golf travel and pro golf tours
Asia Golf Breaks reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
4. Enquiries and Bookings
4.1 Submitting an Enquiry
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All enquiries are subject to availability confirmation from our team and our supplier partners.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written booking confirmation from Asia Golf Breaks, and the required deposit or full payment has been received and processed. Until such time, all pricing and availability remains subject to change.
4.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking (including names as per passport, contact details, travel dates, and special requirements) is accurate and complete. Asia Golf Breaks will not be liable for any loss or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices quoted by Asia Golf Breaks are in the currency specified in your personalised quotation and are based on rates available at the time of quotation. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and full payment has been received.
5.2 Deposits
A deposit of the amount specified in your quotation is required to confirm your booking. The required deposit amount will be outlined in your personalised quote and may vary depending on the nature and scale of the package.
5.3 Balance Payments
The balance of your booking must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit.
5.4 Currency and Exchange Rates
Where prices are quoted in a currency other than your local currency, you may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates. Asia Golf Breaks is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of currency fluctuations.
5.5 Surcharges
Asia Golf Breaks reserves the right to apply a surcharge after booking confirmation in cases of significant increases in transportation costs, government taxes, or supplier levies. We will provide reasonable notice of any such surcharges.
6. Cancellations and Amendments
6.1 Cancellation by the Client
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Asia Golf Breaks in writing at inquiry@asiagolfbreaks.com. Cancellation charges will apply as follows, calculated from the date written notice is received:
- More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 31–60 days before departure: 50% of total booking value
- 15–30 days before departure: 75% of total booking value
- 14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of total booking value (no refund)
Please note that specific cancellation policies may vary depending on supplier terms, particularly in respect of airlines, golf resorts, and accommodation providers. These will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.
6.2 Amendments by the Client
Requests to amend a confirmed booking must be made in writing. While we will endeavour to accommodate changes, amendment fees may apply. Amendments made within 30 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking and may incur full cancellation charges.
6.3 Cancellation by Asia Golf Breaks
In exceptional circumstances, Asia Golf Breaks may be required to cancel a booking. In such cases, we will offer you either a full refund of all monies paid to us, or an alternative package of equivalent or similar value. We will not be liable for any further compensation in such circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. Your policy should cover, at minimum:
- Trip cancellation and curtailment
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Personal belongings and golf equipment
- Personal liability
- Flight delays and missed departures
Asia Golf Breaks accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
8. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and any required visas or travel documentation for all countries included in your itinerary. Asia Golf Breaks provides general information about destination entry requirements as a courtesy only and accepts no liability for any client who is denied entry to any country due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
9. Health and Vaccinations
It is your responsibility to consult with your GP or a travel health clinic regarding any vaccinations, health precautions, or medications required for your destination. Asia Golf Breaks does not provide medical advice and accepts no liability for any health-related issues arising during your trip.
10. Liability
10.1 Supplier Services
Asia Golf Breaks acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, golf resorts, and ground transportation providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third-party suppliers, nor for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from their services.
10.2 Force Majeure
Asia Golf Breaks will not be liable for any failure to perform, delay in performance, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial action, or closure of airports or golf courses.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asia Golf Breaks’ total liability to you in connection with any booking or service shall not exceed the total price paid by you to Asia Golf Breaks for the relevant booking.
10.4 Consequential Loss
Asia Golf Breaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, or loss of golf rounds, howsoever caused.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your trip, you must report it to the relevant supplier (hotel, golf course, transfer company) immediately to allow the issue to be resolved. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must also notify Asia Golf Breaks in writing within 28 days of your return date. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 28 working days of receipt.
Complaints received after the 28-day period may not be considered. Asia Golf Breaks will not be liable for any complaint that was not reported in accordance with this procedure.

12.1 Accuracy of Content
Asia Golf Breaks strives to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content published on the website. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Asia Golf Breaks reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page, with the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this document.
